About Amanda
I’m an illustrator living in the Denver metro area. I like a lot of things. Life fascinates me in general. I like art, particularly fantasy and sci-fi art, gardens and flowers, nature, animals ( dogs and birds), history, archeology and the motivational quotes I stick all around my computer. I have too many hobbies which include paper crafts, sewing, gaming, home decor crafts and anything that allows me to be creative with my hands. And let’s not forget I love comics and illustrations that tell a great story.
My love for comics has been with me for as long as I can remember. From watching the shows to reading the books. I fell in love with the way they told stories. I would come up with my own characters and their adventures. It wouldn’t be long before I started Blue Skies & White Clouds. I was 13 years old when I put pen and pencil to paper and began the long journey of creating this comic.
The story I had created back then still fascinates me to this day. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I do creating it. I get excited every time I develop the story further.
